Hungarian Reformed Church Calendar 2009 Year of the Reformer John Calvin

Editor’s Note: This American Hungarian Reformed liturgical calendar is provided by Rev. Albert Kovacs of the Calvin Synod. This is liturgical calendar generally represents the church year celebrated in American Hungarian Reformed Churches, though local variations may apply. In traditional Hungarian format, Communion is served 7 times per church year: Christmas, the first Sunday in Lent, the Resurrection of our Lord, Pentecost, “New Bread”, “New Wine”, and the last Sunday before the Christmas preparation season called here “Saints of Christ the King”.
