HOME AND FOREIGN MISSIONS

Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. – Gal. 6:2

USA

  • The children of the Calvin Synod’s churches attend the annual Summer Youth Camp.
  • Bethlen Communities in Ligonier, Pa. with New and Ongoing Mission.
  • Establish a New Mission in Boston, Mass.
  • Pay for emergency medical expenses for Hungarian immigrants.

HUNGARY

  • Repair a church building in Gordisa, Baranya County.
  • Complete the construction of the congregational building in Naszáj as requested by Revs. El?d and Melinda Szabó.
  • Repair church buildings in Makád as requested by Rev. Enik? Lakatos.
  • Repair the University Church in Debrecen as requested by Rev. Dániel Püski. ww.egyetemigyulekezet.hu

What is now SLOVAKIA

  • Support Hungarian students at the Tompa Mihály High School.
  • Purchase church bells for the congregation in Ágcserny?.

TRANSYLVANIA

  • Fund reformed schools and help the poor in Transylvania via Transylvania Reformed Assistance Committee (TRAC).
  • Ms. Gabriella Nádas’ School Fund in Kolozsvár.
  • Assist students of Csángó origin in Kézdivásárhely.
  • Complete the construction of the church building in Magyarandrásfalva.
  • Restore the steeple damaged by a storm in Csekefalva.
  • Complete the restoration of the historical church building in Erd?csanád.
  • Assist Gabriella Oláh, 9-years old, obtain treatment for leukemia in Bérc as requested by the HRFA.
  • Fund charitable and mission work as requested by Rt. Rev. László T?kés in Nagyvárad.
  • Assist children suffering from cancer obtain necessary treatment in Havadt? as requested by Rev. Zoltán Demeter.

What is now UKRAINE

  • The Good Samaritan Orphanage and School in Nagydobrony with their mission work.
  • The food pantry named Crumbs for Lazarus feed the hungry in Csap as requested by Rev. János Balogh.
  • Pay for the hip surgery for an elderly church member in Izsnyéte as requested from Rev. Béla Harsányi.     See www.reformatus.com.ua/index.

GENERAL

  • Assist a Pastor who lost their voice as requested by Rev. Anita Fogarasi.
